As an established administration and operations management professional, I’m passionate about creating processes, systems and environments that improve operational rhythms and truly enable executive leaders and their teams to hit their stride. 

I founded EVA Partners in 2023 as a value-add service provider to deliver virtual executive assistant services to executives, corporate directors, entrepreneurs, small and large business owners, consultants, philanthropists and board members/advisors. I was inspired by my first hand experience and knowledge of the impact and contribution a trusted assistant can make to an executive's organization, effectiveness, and overall success.

I take pride in bringing order, collaboration and efficiency to demanding environments with constantly shifting priorities. I’m valued for my integrity, discretion, initiative, relationship building, and positive attitude as well as my ability to anticipate and diffuse issues before they occur.

Prior to founding EVA Partners, and during my nine-year tenure at Red Hat, I was promoted through progressively responsible positions to lead a global enablement program that focused on new associate onboarding. I also had the opportunity to manage aspects of people operations when I served as the right-hand person to the Chief People Officer and supported the organization through the 2018 acquisition by IBM. I introduced numerous process improvements to drive efficiency, enable scale and support the organization as the headcount doubled and annual revenue increased to over $2B.
